Während die KI für den Fortschritt steht, bleibt der Mensch im Kern unserer Unternehmensphilosophie.
Letzte Woche war Andrea auf der Collaboration Conference der Commha Consulting GmbH & CO KG in Heidelberg, um sich mit Experten und Unternehmen auszutauschen, die KI in ihren Arbeitsalltag integriert haben.
Die folgenden Vorträge haben Andrea besonders beeindruckt:

Session von Anja Hastrich (Techem) zu Kollaborativer Lernkultur: LLMs werden schrittweise und gezielt in den Projektphasen eingesetzt, um menschliche Ideen und deren Umsetzung zu ergänzen (human in the loop).

Carl Alexander Noack (Fraunhofer IAO) und Thorsten Diehl (Commha Consulting) haben veranschaulicht, wie KI-Personas zu einem besseren Zielgruppenverständnis beitragen können.

Besonders praxisnah war die Session von Tilman Ockert (RegioHelden - Ströer Online Marketing), der die Transformation des Unternehmens durch den Einsatz von KI geschildert hat.
